I was thinking too, Makin. According to past cases, Venezuela has negotiated or tried to negotiate a settlement before arbitration. As well, they now have money that I believe can be used for settlements. It costs a lot to go to arbitration, and if they lose, not matter what the settlement, they have to pay the costs for the other side.

The part about GRZ having someone interested in buying some of their equipment in September.....I know of a miner close by that could be interested.
