Dow-nys, I only used Canada as an example because of the Danny Williams/ Chavez comment. I agree that Canada and even Australia have a rule of law that gives a sense of security for companies. There are very few places like VZ right now where you wake up every morning and wonder what has he done now.

We'll all have to have a drink if this works out. Come to think of it we'll all have a bunch of drinks if it doesn't!
