Delay? Well, VZ asked kry to provide alternatives to arbitration. I would bet a good amount of money that kry has provided a few options, but, what kry considers an alternative and what Vz considers an alternative are two wildly seperate options. That is painfully clear by now with this amount of time gone south.

The word impasse comes to mind as a good conclusion imo. Someone should ask kry if they are at an impasse with Vz. It's obvious the answer is a yes. Kry keeps saying they are searching out alternatives and different types of structures and transactions etc etc. Another question would be-- is Vz involved at all in this in any way shape or form other than flippin the finger back at us?

Kry obviously wants a cerain $ deal, and so does Vz. Seems to me the Vz strategy could very well be to starve kry to the point where Vz can see if they(kry) can scrounge up the cash for an arbitration. A critical time imo if kry can't dig it up we're hooped. Mind you we may have been some time ago.
