I didn't want to say anything before but I will finance arbitration. Now everyone can relax about financing.

i understand the delay...but i'm not real happy with the psoition of the company that investors dont need to know how they plan to finance any delay....i know, financing has never been a problem....if it's not a problem then please announce where the cash is gonna come from and give some clues as to a plan going forward..

As far as why the delay I would hypothesize that the delay is in the hands of VZ. Any alternative to arbitration would need VZ approval. I have no doubts that Kry has given VZ more than 1 option on how to resolve this and they are waiting for an answer.
