another way to look at it (if you're in the camp of "we have a better shot at mining LC with chavez gone) is:

what would happen first? hugo to lose power in ven or kry to make headway in an arbitration case?

vannessa has been stalled for 6 years.....i'm guessing within 2 years venezuela will look very different...

i understand the delay...but i'm not real happy with the psoition of the company that investors dont need to know how they plan to finance any delay....i know, financing has never been a problem....if it's not a problem then please announce where the cash is gonna come from and give some clues as to a plan going forward..
