Not quite what I said.

I just don't ascribe the degree of importance to this as I had previously. Others can make up their own minds. DM, while not a trader in the usual sense, has been known to sell shares periodically. Nothing wrong with that but I'm not going to jump up and down whenever he buys any more than I did when he sold. If it's true that he owns more than he ever did - I didn't know that but I have no reason to doubt your assertion - that merely underscores my contention that he'll do just fine even if he gets caught on the wrong side of a trade by a snap NR.

What concerns me much more than DM's accumulations is the fact that ES seems to be playing fast and loose with an agreement which figured as a large part of my DD when *I* was buying. I'm giving CUU the benefit of the doubt at the moment but with the many promises that weren't kept and the many questions that remain unanswered I believe there's some room for healthy scepticism.
