IDK, I'm not a geologist but it seems as though Elmer expects that interested parties will look past 43-101 rules and value the huge amount of inferred as highly probable revenue vs expensive waste rock.

That's my best shot at an explanation. Otherwise, I agree Chappy, quite curious that they went out of their way to include the "inferred" as waste rock that they would have to remove at an expense only AFTER they get to the M&I on top of it.
