the FROR I'm looking at is galore teck has the option to match highest bid we on the other hand don't have that stipulation put on us.

Elmer has that stipulation placed on him under his fiduciary duties to all shareholders. If we get a Teck offer for it all Elmer is required imo to seek if not entertain competing bids following public notice. For him not to do so would be a complete abandonment of his duties and would create a liability that would be a class-action lawyer's wet dream.

These guys are the cream of the crop. I don't expect a problem.
