The delivery of the completed BFS is material and such the shareholders have to be notified. They could ask for a delay if it impacted negotiations for a short period (10days) but for longer a NR of sorts would be manditory. I firmly believe that the BFS is still in Elmers hands, it has to go to the board so everyone is clear on the document , then handed to Teck along with a NR. Just remember the biggest document in CUU's history IS material and has to be NR to all shareholders... Imho Johnny
