That's a valid distinction. So I would say that Teck doesn't officially hold a FROR on our 25%.

But I guess I'm trying to say that Elmer should well know he'll be getting a Teck bid for our 25% so Elmer should perhaps collect informal bids for our 25% before sitting down with Teck about a buyout. That way Teck gets the courtesy of an unofficial FROR. Otherwise ES and EE know that a post-Teck offer bidding auction could go on for a very long time. Weeks and months between counter-offers even.

If I am right then maybe Elmer's "bid collecting activities" is what has been taking so long over the last few BFS delays. Just throwing that out there for discussion.
