Prospekt: Elmer advised me that CUU got the AZ lands at very small price compared to what Bell Copper had to pay. It was a distress sale from what I understand. The way it was put to me is that many juniors have not had the luxury of having a private source of funding like Senor Ernesto and consequently they are required to sell off their assets. Cheers, SF
