Of course before announcing something major...one must buy all the land he can get without making any waves...
If Teck announced tomorrow that they are buying CUU and building Schaft Creek, you would see a flurry of activity, remaining claims would be bought by various public and private companies....Things would not be sold so cheap now would they..
And let's not forget they reserved (the limited) shipping port for concentrates ?!
So who is asking them to do all this ?
