I emailed the company today wanting to know if there was a 4 year clause, since I haven't seen it in any of the Sedar documents and Jason emailed back:

"The 4 year understanding is a legacy in the terms of the original agreement. Once their end of the deal is complete with respect to the back in, this would be the case"
