Something a lot of people are missing. Teck has it's hand in the building of the BFS. They have the contractual right to be consulted at every step of the way. Since this is being done for them they will want every penny added to show the true value. They will also have a customized internal document. We want everything included and valuated because we want to attract our own benefactor for a deal.
