About the Bessell.... I suspect you are referring to legality of the executive branch and the BOD composition. It seems that based on your personal knowledge you have a big faith in this fellow who notoriously was absent on the Board meetings.
In regards to the company performance you are content with ...are you talking about:
A. Corporation Financial performance
B. Corporation production and plant productivity
C. Preformance of executive branch and BOC in the decision making process
D. or Shareholders Capital Gains provided by CLL Share performance which is a reflection of the A+B+C.
