This entire situation I perceive to be a fishing expedition on the part of Management to gain reaction of shareholders to the degree of approval such a move would meet with. As is obvious, my sentiments are clear and I am absolutely resolute in such position. My suggestion, all holders of CLL should state similar attitude in order to prevent yet another raid on common shareholders in Management pursuit of largesse for themselves at our expense. When and if, compensation issues present themselves critical to operational effectiveness, I have outlined a more effective mechanism for dealing with such!
