Addendum:

Make me some money and I will ultimately vote for "insiders" to make more money. Until I see performance out of "insiders", they see no performance out of me. The concept is supposed to be reward for performance. Not reward for nebulous ephemeral hope based on absolutely nothing. I would prefer to be called cheap than stupid!
