I agree with Brian on this one but I would venture to say suspicious rather than interesting. While 2Crude is accurate in his assesment of the new share class and why it makes sense, I just don't see management soliciting support in this manner. First the person in question would have to be a materail shareholder in which case they would already know the answer to the question asked. Second, the nature of this information could have a material impact on the SP so it is unlikely they would risk a release of it to market in this manner.
