I think you hit the nail on the head. I AGREE!!! ....I get the sense that Atkins has actually done a pretty damn good job EVEN IF what he has acomplished isn't yet reflected in the share price. (But I sense that that will soon change to our favor.) This company was indeed an absolute mess when he took over a year or so ago. Now at least things are getting done and progress is being made on all fronts (in spite of the high internal expenses). He is't independent, yes, but if he is doing what he was hired to do why should that be a mark against him? He was hired to help turns things around and THAT IS WHAT HE IS DOING. And yes .....I can see your point about him having skin in the game based upon the 1.5 million warrants that he benefits from when the price goes up. If indeed we get a great merger then MP's money was well earned, but if not then it was wasted money. I am eager to see what the future reveals.
