I spent a great deal of time discussing & sending materials to GBB Via Roger

He said that thier lawyer didn't think "share holder rights plan" was very legally sound

He claims that thier plan to sell gold "tax free" directly to shareholders is better protection anyways [has never been tried before]

I strongly disagree with them but don't understand the reluctance to implement a plan

My personal conclusion can only be that there may be a secret handshake deal with somebody to buy us out once we have proven up our new reserves. A deal for $1.50-$2.00 is great for those with millions & millions of shares but not so great for the retail investors

If a few more shareholders made some noise about this they may be forced into doing something about it. This is not extremely expensive to implement but adds an additional layer of protection

Outside of this one area I am really pleased with my sizable position in GBB

I can help with a few things

Jr's don't usually react to POG immediately whereas Sr's do They receive valuation much later

Board members are all fairly new. Thier shares & prices were all published in the AGM circular & were not very low @ all

As for my Company shares, my average is still above these levels @ about .67. We bought & greatly increased our exposure when the SP was higher

Thanks god that my largest holdings are in my own name & my average is much lower. This was necessary as being in a "black out period" for so long I had to set up my own account in order to aquire additional shares

A merger will put an end to this obvious power struggle. We do have a pile of very good news piling up but neither side seems willing or able to step up & report on anything

"The old miner's post" was an obvious attempt to inform shareholders about some of what is transpiring Everybody's hands seem to be tied & frustrations are mounting

As far as information that has been leaked, the people who know & have verified certain information will never come forth as there are others lurking that would want to cause harm

Orgy I do understand your sensitivety with being bashed. I actually hate the internet because your real feelings never really get relayed properly. But to clarify my frustrations were directed @ TA for not answering the easy questions. I do see he being careful with others questions though as he seems to be in conflict with the entire board which I do not understand it @ all

We all know that in a process this long leaks do occur but as for verification there is never a hope in hell anybody is stupid enough to hold thier hand up on this one
