Re: Question about 43-101

Spiny I commend you on asking about a generally known indicator. Obviously you asked for help to understand it better. I think you got a good answer from a very experienced blogger/investor. This forum should be used for more of this type of thing and don't take the fact that "you have a long way to go" to heart. Some people who spend alot of time blogging to show their stuff have as many unkknows and questions at a different level. So Spiny, keep asking questions for your needs and hopefully you will get the answer without being judged. I started off with "buy low;sell high". Then I started to ask questions.

NAG Commitment to the Coal Killer - C02

Seems like a excellent coal play but what CO2 tech that is available IE Mantra, are you making part of your intentions. I cannot see coal going anywhere new without a firm shareholders knowledge of dealing with this issue. I intend on being a shareholder but I would drop it like a hot iron if this issue was not a continual issue of NAG and I believe people are getting their heads around nuclear power rather that coal unless this can be shown and not talked about.

Yes, coal has been the product of years of needed useage but whether you are or are not concerned about the CO2 problem, there are enough people and governments that are. The alternate energy sector is advancing quickly so it is my belief that this matter should be in place while continuing your progree with your projects. To me, it like having millions of tons of iron ore but forgetting to aquire mangesnese. The steel will be useless regardless of indicated and inferred news realeses.

Lastly, Mr Desjardins did make reference to this but I took it as we will deal with is later when someone has the answer. A very dangerous game.

I do wish NAG the best and will become a shareholder but I just would like to see a continual effort to how you are going to deal with the CO2.

Please reply.

I have been asking the same question from the time Nemis got his award. I phoned once to talk to their IR people but nobody answered the first day. I tried the next day and talked to ?recepcionist who had no idea who I wanted to talk with so she sent me to the VP. He was very rude and upset that I didn't realize that there was a market crisis and everyone else was in the same boat. Thanks for that even thought I did the calulations and they were down 74% which was not near the other companies at the Ring of Fire.

I recently taked to a hired IR lady and I calmly asked why the company that was thought to be the leader of the pack (check their Website for the Motto) and was still behind. You can guess what was the rederick.

Anyways, they got us since we would be loosing too much to drop them but they are not the company that they could and should have been. I would find it hard for anyone to be loyal to them even if they came through.

I feel used and there are not many companies that I hold that I can say that about.

Dogman Loves Romarco Minerals

From my initial attempt to reset my portfolio to meet the upcoming struggles at the time, It was always clear that R would be a winner. They weren't that special and they met the same Due Diligence requirements of many companies. I just felt something was different about them. In the passing of time and a small return to positiveness, I was able to reflect on what was different. I sensed a focus from the company and they didn't seem to worry about the other companies. They just put their heads down and did the day's work.

Now if you look at the stock price it offers a problem. It exceeds what any shareholder would sell as hitting the jackpot but why are they in this position while many others are waiting for the general recovery. Does it make you foolish for not selling and running. I don't know but I think R is one that one will regret not being on the team. Whether you end up with losing or not. R is one of those companies that being a shareholder in a great company is part of the fun.

So, bottom line, sometimes I think we have to involve our feeling before we hit the dogmatic business only button.

Continued good luck to R and I am happy to be a shareholder.

Dogman attacks Noront

Around a year ago, Noront hit the stage promising the best broadway play there was. It was exciting and President Nemis was a hero. Awards, quotes that people put to memory and those companies that considered themselves lucky for getting a claim within 50 miles of the four major sites that would change history.

Yes, I am upset. You look around and see small companies like Spider, KWG, Freewest and the others too numerous to mention but are as important, eager to continue with their programs. Look at KWG and it' near 60% plus share increase.

I have called Norton a number of times in the past. My first call went unanwered, the second was pick up by a receptionist who could not direct me to any staff involved in IR. I ended up talking to the second in command who told me my facts were wrong and and Noront, who had a 74% drop in my shares, was doing just fine and the market was the problem.

Has anyone been able to get a notice of what the intended plan was for 2009 except and replay of 2008. I'm upset because I bought into the obvious great area for many commodities but I do not see Noront acting as a leader and doing their job to provide their clients with the goods.

Now I understand why a company reply was 'the fat lady hasn't sung". They are waiting for the lyrics.

I just want to see more from the company regardless of the dispute and present management status.
