Vancouver, BC, November 19, 2012 St. Elias Mines Ltd announced today that the Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders has been set for 11 a.m. (Vancouver Time) on December 27, 2012. The record date for the meeting is November 27, 2012.
The meeting location is unchanged: Suite 2900, 550 Burrard Street in Vancouver.
Meeting materials will be mailed to shareholders and available on SEDAR (www.sedar.com) and the St. Elias website (www.steliasmines.com) in advance of the meeting.
