1) Terminate Lori.

2) Rehire Murry as CEO

3) Repace some board members with knowledgable , shareholder friendly gold mining pros

My projected net effect:...... Murry will direct a new drilling campaign at Tesoro using Quantec to guide drilling (as we had believed was being done). Murry will re-establish and turn SLI into a huge gold exploration company (one that truly knows how to identify gold)'

Then Murry will set up a team to identify a new experienced CEO that can take SLI to the level it deserves after he achieves bringing the company back to being worth over $2.60/share (Approx. $300 million plus).

Murry I'm sure wants to retire and this job would seem to fit in with his retirement plans.

Projected results: Happy and wealthy shareholders as well as executives!

Wow! What a wonderful change from what we've been given if we could ever accomplish these changes IMO. JW
