If you didn't get a proxy form in the mail go to SEDAR.COM and search under "Company profiles". Click on S ("S" in the alphabet form) then click on "St Elias Mines LTD". and then click on "View This public company's documents" . Click on the "Form of proxy-English" of "March 3,2014"...then follow the security instructions that pop up on the next screen. Fill in the "Code Verification" in the "highlighted box" and accept the "terms of use"... the "Proxy" form will then appear and you can print it with the icon at the bottom of the page. JW PS It takes a little work but that's how to get the proxy form...Olympia says the proxy forms have all been mailed out...to domestic holders (Canadian) only. Foreign holders such as those in the US were not sent out!

Another method I'm told is to call your brokerage to get a control #... then vote on line (WWW.proxyvote.com)! My opinion is this is the best method!

Give our team just a little more time to hopefully finalize a plan. We've waited for years...what is a few more days or a couple of weeks? Give our team the time they need to prepare a tsunami! Haste makes waste. It's time to break the dam of injustice and for the shareholders to be heard and to win! Don't believe the negativity that's been written. Great post Edmonton. Buy some water wings now as I feel the tsunami is on its way. All we need is for the Green team to launch their next attack...and when they do I hope we all get to share in the last battle! Shareholders please stay united as said by many on these boards. Stewie, We have to wait for more news from the Green Team. I now think that if they need money, more people will realize they have to help. Money makes the world go round especially in legal conflicts. Who knows what the Team has planned? Just a little more patience and I feel the Green will take care of us and this situation. I have a lot of faith in the abilities of our Green Team as well as the loyalty of our shareholders. I doubt there is a shareholder existing who does not want us to win...and win we will, if loyalty and effort are the determining factors! All IMO, JW

I feel the earth starting to shake...when it comes you always want to be on the high ground (keep all your shares!). Hopefully the wave will take down the dam of injustice that is preventing us from winning and cleanse us from this setback. I can already see the cracks in the dam.
