Probe Mines

Growth through Discovery Canadian Base and Precious Metal Exploration

Folks,

Just took a quick look at the stock chart starting at the time G put in an offer to acquire PRB until the close of today (27 Jan 2015). Noticed that quite a few PRB shares have been changing hands in the open market. The volume is ranging from 4Ms to about 1Ms today. The total volume during the last several days would be over 15Ms (I am guessing by eyeballing to data). Since I am not a chart person, my number should not be considered accurate. However, the order of magnitude should be reasonable.

Question for the experts on the board: Even though the numbers are not earth shattling, but total shares traded would be comparable to that (shares plus wts) AEM agreed to sell to G.

Any idea who has been accumulating? Just trying to have an idea about the voting power of the share blocks when it come to a vote. This is the second day of the second week after G's bid, and I am watching for a significant run-up with high volume which may signal an emergence of a counter bid. Fingers crossed.
