I agree with most you say, especially timing of events and F/T shares becoming freetrading. I'm sure our management will think twice using the F/T vehicle again or such large amounts there of. Better the Juniors like Probe, seek Gold Industry Financial support as long term stakeholders in our future vise todays financings by our short term viewing Banking Institutions.
Just to good to be true when best friend, BMO came a calling, "How much do you want?" and "whatever you want we can give you". We, Retail Shareholders, now pay the price, as we learn throughout life, we never get something for nothing. (Probe did gain $25M in Treasury but has lost over $100M in Shareholder MCap into Institutional pockets)
Picking Pockets was illegal 200 years ago, but not today, not by a long shot.
I still see much more value in Probe than does the market and added 5000 at 99! Only need that catalyst now, that everyone is searching for, POG over 2000, Buy-outs, Spin-offs, Official QE not the stealth variety today etc,...
