Uhh, sure. After the term of the patent has expired, then they (maybe) lose. It doesn't seem like a bad record to me. There are obviously extenuating circumstances as it relates to share price, mismanagement, etc. But the legal loss (if that is indeed what eventually happens) comes at the very end.
