A win at the ITC would have been huge.

Appealing the ITC decision to the CAFC likely isn't worthwhile. But given the ITC loss, we may see HTC appeal to the CAFC. They may have anyway, but this may embolden them further.

Regardles, it's done with and the company needs to move on and figure out a strategy to start bringing in revenue. I don't know what actions that entails, but I do know that without it, the going gets tough.
