Yes, it kind of amazes me that some of the same people who applaud Otteson for being brilliant in getting the verdict in the NDCA somehow think he was stupid for advising the institution of the ITC proceedings. The latter simply isn't so.

All a lawyer can do, which is really all that any of us can do whatever our jobs may be, is to make the best decisions we can based on the data that is available at any given point in time. If I could foretell the future, and if I was now posting in this forum at all, I would be doing so from my private island, having flown there in my private jet, after having used my crystal ball to make billions in the market.
