Not very likely, unless people are planning on an afternoon nap or going to bed very early.

Although the trial was late starting today, there isn't much left in the way of actual evidence, and the lawyers don't have forever in which to make their closing arguments. After that, it won't take exceedingly long for the Judge to read the jury instruction to the jurors.

Especially in light of the immediate situation with the government shutdown, my expectation is that Judge Grewal will want this jury to start deliberations today, and it seems likely that the jurors themselves would want to do so after 7 trial days. It is, of course, possible that today's late start might result in moving deliberations into tomorrow, so, as always, we shall see.
