Ron, Thanks for that input.

Now that we know there will be a USITC Markman, I'm thinking that if we have everything we need for a SJ motion on the 336 over at the NDOC, now might be a good time to go for it, thus eliminating any possible spill over from what the USITC decides to do.

Of course, we may not be ready to ask for SJ on the other patents. And perhaps not asking for SJ might send a message that our case is weak?

What are your views on a partial SJ and what might the risks be for making such a motion at the NDOC?
