The problem with lots of posts here is that these supposed facts are actually pure fabrication brought to you by folks who pretend they know what they're talking about.

1. When the stock spiked at $7 there were only 35 Mil shares outstanding, 1/12th of what there is now, the story of a native "Java Chip" was new, and the rumors of Sun Microsystems supporting our company were alive and kicking.

2. As for this BOD being responsible for that price .. Nope again, Carl wasn't on the BOD until late in 2001 and Gloria until late in 2002 .. that spike occurred in 2000.

As far as my "holding it back", I have been very reserved about my observations since the Ruling. I don't want to rain on anyone's parade, but baseless pronouncements, victory cries and unsupportable promotions are proving to be hard pressed efforts in the face of the stock's current reaction to the news. According to the outspoken ones, it's blast off time. We shall see, but tomorrow will be the 7th trading day that the Ruling was known; and those who had representatives in the courtroom had the muscle to move the stock.

One final note .. a small group of us warned you and others for the past 4 years of the dangers that ultimately came to pass and that resulted in this being back at 5 cents; perhaps you listened to the wrong folks. As for my living in the past or not taking $2/share. You have no idea what I did or didn't do, and if you knew me, you'd know that unlike some, money doesn't rank at the top of my value system.
