I know people tend to be hesitant to file an SEC complaint because they ar enot sure what to say. I'm sure if you posted a copy of the complaint you've filed it would make it easier for everyone that wants to file a complaint to do so.

As for your Apple "evidence", doesn't surprise me that no one can come up with a copy of it. Go figure.
