Cliff took $310,000 in salary and $125,000 in cash bonus for a total of $446,000 in cash compensation and wont purchase shares of his own company. I didn't expect much on this report but a $#@% bonus. For what????

If the stock were trading at a 1.50 I might accept it. He should be rewarded soley with stock. Now what three months of dead silence?? Pissed off!!!
