After a quick read I would have to say it was very disappointing. Pretty much make or break situation. BOD still getting paid with a raise and a bonus. Unbelievable!!!!

Our SP will go back to .12 tomorrow after folks read this 10K.

It makes me sick. Such a dishonest display of management. Sucking out more money they do NOT DESERVE!
