<Was Talbot referenced in the Texas case? >

The 148 reexam initiated on Sept 21, 2006 by NEC included the Talbot argument. The Markman results were approximately June 15, 2007. Based on the timing, I think it is a good assumption that it was included in the claim construction arguments at that time.
