This is the first time that I have heard the name "Mark Ziebel". He is an SEC attorney and advised PTSC to not notify the shareholder's of this public co. that a giant such as apple had signed a contract? Blows my mind that such a thing could even be legal. I wonder if Stan ever tried to contact the SEC about this--did he say?
