First , I appreciate all those in SHM attendance for their remarks. The fact that DL said he felt good about Markman is encouraging but I would expect him to say that. I don't recall but he probably said the same thing during the J3 Markman. I do recall someone saying the J3 lawyers giving themselves high 5's. In the end, I thought we won except for clam 29 but we sadly settled for little I think due to the LG case and maybe the claim 29...I don't know really and I'm sure others have much better thoughts on it. Hopefully, this time it will be different due to successful re-exams defenses, no LG/Quanta impact, or no other serious pending matters. If the Markman goes our, we should have a clear runway to take off. We'll just have to wait a little longer. Rando BTW, was anyone at the Markman this time who could comment on it?
