I'd like to see that, too, but what would be the basis upon which to reasonably value PDSG? This is a sincere question, not argumentative.

With somewhere around $150,000.00 in recent revenues (by recollection), I'm not sure a sales price of $20,000,000.00 is viable. I'm not counting PDSG's $800,000.00 "backlog" because I don't know if that's how things are done in such valuations, but obviously, that would certainly help.

I'd like to hear from others in this regard who are knowledgeable in this area --- I'm out of my field. Best wishes to all.
