I think we are all out of our field trying to value PDSG and that is probably why SEG is in the act.

Don't you have to consider the value to the party that might be offering a complete solution which includes many goods and services? That is a very different analysis than looking at what PDSG is able to do as a stand alone offering. The PDSG revenues you quote are stand alone revs, I believe. Corrections welcomed.
