If TPL takes 15% off the top revenue for licensing for legal expenses.

Why then did TPL come to negotiate with the 11 licensees and the settlement of the J3 case in the same quarter, combined, only net $11 million for PTSC. (same...supposedly for TPL)

The next quarter PTSC reported an additional $9 million in legal fees carried over for the previous quarter. Did TPL and PTSC share equally in costs ? Did TPL fork over $9 million, as well ?

My heart sank after that. I've been suspect of fraud on TPLs' part, since then.

I expected the J3 settlement, alone, would have been a $20 million deal.
