There is NO way you can force PTSC BOD to do anything you know it and I know it., if it could have been done, it would have been done along time ago, by all the other CLEVER investors.

That was then and now is now. As far as I can surmise things are going on behind the scenes.

And in front of the scenes did you see the votes the BOD did not get. If the BOD can get the price up I think they still have a chance to redeem themselves. After the shareholders voted to show their disapproval of the BOD, the share price is suddenly moving up. When the share price is north of a dollar the shareholders may not be so inclined to want to vote against the current BOD?

The question is: if the BOD had the "smarts" to bring the share price down $2.00, do they have the same "smarts" to bring the shareprice up $2.00 or even more? I think "they" do.
