We, the people, have the right in this country to vote out of office those who we believe have failed us in their duty to us. We blame the Republicans and we blame the Democrats but in the end if the results are not what the majority wants, then the majority makes the changes.
We, the shareholders, have no rights as to how our company is managed. We blame TPL, we blame the BoD, we blame Swartz. In the end, the results for shareholders are less than acceptable and yet, we have no rights to make the changes that the majority may want.
I sincerely hope that you vote yes for majority voting. How you vote for the BoD is your choice and yes I do blame them for their failure to bring value to all shareholders. They had the right to make choices and their choices were not good (read Gloria's e-mail again to Deb). They need to move on and let someone else make the hard decisions moving forward. Do we need pork barrel politics going on in our board room. Hell no!
