It is interesting to note that since you like to split hairs and make any number of corrections that you let these two comments from Oscar conveniently slip by:

“Maybe I shouldn't have voted against Johnson and Felcyn? They seem to perform tasks that have helped PTSC by auditing the books(Felcyn) and…”

“Felcyn is an auditor. She should be paid for her work like an employee on PDSG unless we are saving money by having her on the board?”

A) - Felcyn is a CPA, and a tax accountant at that, as opposed to an auditor.

B) – She does NOT audit our books, rather we hire a certified public accounting firm to perform our audit.

Felcyn simply occupies a chair, and is well rewarded for doing so ……too well rewarded as it were.
