I am however unsure as to the need for a patent lawyer on the BoD. Are you suggesting a non-executive position, or executive postion for them?

As a non-exec their knowledge would be redundant with Alliacense in charge of infringement of patents, which have already undergone several challenges, and Henneman has been brilliant in his dealings with the ex parte requests. Unless PTSC is in the process of acquiring new patents, what is the need?
