However, as you intimate, there is a likelihood that they wouldn't litigate on such small numbers, and therefore I added in the recurring subscription based royalty structure to the license possibilities. IF EVER there were a licensee set up to pony up based on an ongoing royalty set up, it would be SIRI or DirecTV. I don't think Direct TV did, but as you can see, if PTSC/TPL can get just 50 cents to $1 per year per subscriber, the annual nut is more than covered from just one license. Also, we'll grow as they grow.
