I really respect your 'running of the numbers', but do you really think that Sirius would have dragged us into court to avoid $100K in infringement fees? Especially after we just dodged the first re-exam of the 336.

I believe we were after much more $$$$. Enough to make them say ouch! Multi millions $$$ come to mind.
