Two extremely minor things:

- I believe "Shwartz" is actually spelled "Swartz" (corrections welcome)

- Lacking a question mark at the end of #10

IMO, we won't get much of a response to #2, as I think it could be easily argued that, in and of itself, the Moore/TPL dispute has no direct impact on MMP licensing/revenues. But it doesn't hurt to ask, especially recognizing the potential indirect impacts. You might consider adding a question along these lines, e.g., "Is PTSC management concerned regarding the potential indirect impacts that may fall from the apparent disputes between Moore/TPL on continued licenising activities, and/or activities in working through USPTO 'difficulties'? (please elaborate regardless of whether the answer is 'Yes' or 'No')" .
