While I'm sure your post was in part directed at me, I don't discount your point.  I think it's a fair one.

HOWEVER, my posting related to license fees has always been based on ESTIMATES, and those estimates have been based on HISTORICAL facts.  Furthermore, the company has always promoted that the licenses fees have been INCREASING as first mover discounts have been eliminated and other issues resolved, so it's not fair and accurate to just imply that the expectations have been created just by investors here.  Those expectations have been created by the company through it's representations about the licensing efforts.
