I get a bit of a chuckle that TPL gets to split expenses with PTSC for fees paid to TPL! I'm not complaining as PDS would have to presumbably pay SOMEBODY for licensing efforts, but it's not a bad deal that TPL gets paid by TPL& PTSC for their efforts. My only concern is whether there are check measures in place that carefully regulate the billings that TPL (Alliacense) charges PDS so as to guard against any shenanigans.
